Very awful experience. My first order without my knowledge they returned it to the seller. And I had to order it again and on the second time I had visited their Delhivery office and requested for the delivery but they kept delaying on the excuses of not having the transportation facility. At last I had go and pick up my order myself. Seriously, the worst delivery agent I had ever seen😡😡

The worst experience in my lifetime. They never come to the address given and they never help you to understand if there is a concern question about the parcel's condition. When you call them to check for the courier service, they tell you to wait or they will call back but they never call back. When you receive the message in the morning that the courier is going to be delivered but after few hours you receive message saying that you are unreachable and courier couldn't be delivered. Imagine a person been waiting for days for the ordered stuffs and it's like very disappointing when something happens like that. I just recommend all the people to search for any other service or be prepared for this. I just don't wanna give a star but it's mandatory.

Worst service,my shipment reached on 28th august on their mator facility.but till now on 1st september.i have not yet received my shipment. I also visited their mator facility on 29.they told me to delivery tomorrow but nothing happen no one delivered. i allready told them not to deliver my shipment on 31 as i am out of city.now today when i call them for deliver it today the person their said we can. hire for vehicle only for one shipment. Dear thats not my problem.for 28 till today 1 you are not been able to deliver my shipment. Thats very bad service .and the customer care is also very worst.no one picks call after 30 mins also. Over all worst courier service.worst employess in matour branch.

Very bad service. Delivery boy told me that take your parcel from matour. But that time it was not possible for me to travel 6 km. I told him I will take it tomorrow...then he told me tomorrow u have to take it from tanda ie 12 km away from my house. Then I contacted with Myntra customer care he told me it's the duty of delivery agent to deliver the parcel at door.

AMAZON POLICY FOR DELIVERY - MAXIMUM 3 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT. But In my case, the delivery agent from "Delhivery" called on my number which i was not able to answer. But with in the 10 minutes of not being answered, he marked mine "three products" as rejected by the customer and hence initiated the return. Without any of my concern he initiated the return, though i had already paid for those items and any wise man will think or give atleast second attempt to deliver. But on the very first attempt he marked the products as "rejected by the customer" So this bizzare experience with "Delhivery" courrier service made me to rate " , one star.
