If i could give 0 or negative stars I would. I have never have such a frustrating experience than with this delivery provider. I ordered fridge from samsung and even after it reaching the destination it has not been delivered for past 3 days . When you try to contact customer support there is no way. You have to raise a ticket for that too there is no follow up or anything not even ticket status can be checked. It would be better carrying your things on your head to deliver your items than to use this service. This company should just get shut down then also people will throw stones at them.

You guys are fraudster, you have the third class delivery agents in the world, who don’t know how to deal with their customers, even if they are at fault, this guy never called me for the delivery and by passed by parcel mentioning that i did not receive their call, the real reason being i wanted to pay them in 2000’s and they did not want to accept, they wanted me to make the payment in 500’s. Such manipulative, and fake.. their tactics are of different levels. I condemn that such big companies have such buffers as their delivery partners, such a disappointment.

Very bad experience I call twice thrice 10 times 100 times many of the courier boy of dehlivery but no one attends the call if attend they missbehaved. Very rude to talk, every time my courier waiting 3-4 day for picking up But no one come to take it. i called many time then he came, this not our Job to calling you it is yours job taking it seriously, kindly trained yours courier boy to behave like a human being.
