Very poor services. My consignment even after reaching the agency was not attempted delivery and returned citing reason that address not complete. Infact the delivery man did call me and informed me that the consignment is held with him and will deliver the next day due to his personal reasons which I agreed to. The next day his mob No was not reachable and on tracking I got to know that the consigmnrnt has been returned due to incomplete address. What ridiculousness is this ? They even not attend the telephone calls when try to contact them . Very bad service. Please don't trust this courier agency any more..Their track record is very bad.
