We have to go to their office and we have to collect them. They didn't even call us or message us after they received our courier. Their courier services are very bad. Very worst experience. My order reached vijayawada on 29th december but they told me to take my delivery by coming to the office as there are no delivery boy on 21 st january nearly 1 month. Even there is ambiguity in the location because it is showing at a different place where it Doesn't exist.

Worst service... Parcel returned due to their negligence and no one is accountable for what they are supposed to do. And the most annoying part is, they won't pick up the call and no one is interested in talking to customers.. everything depends on luck.. if you get your parcel, you are lucky otherwise that's it.have to loose hopes..
