THE WORST delivery service I have ever came across. The delivery person won't deliver it to your doorstep and they don't even make a phone call. I had to go to their office to pick the order and this happened not only once but every the time when e-commerce sites send my order through this shi*ty courier service.

I got a delivery via Delhivery erode. The delivery focal dint read the address properly and speaking to me in furious tone for his mistake and made, me drive a kilometers to collect my package. Make sure your employees have basic reading skills and teach them what customer service is before sending them out
