Worst Service. I have given 1 Star since no option in google to give Zero Stars. Material not delivered since 20 days. Order booked date Sep 28, 2022 3:39 PM, Picked up Oct 3, 2022 2:57 PM, Reached Hyderabad Oct 6, 2022 6:49 AM, Not Yet delivered to Begumpet address. Toll free does not work for complaints. It works only for booking new customers. Sent multiple mails to their customer service. No response. Entered query in their portal. No option for complaint and still no response. The don't publish addresses of warehouses. supposed to be app driven or online driven but don't care a bit about their customers.

Worst service. They only Postpone your delivery and never deliver them and moreover they won't even answer your Calls.They are seriously irresponsible to a fault. Don't know what they'll gain by Keeping the delivery with them.

It's worst service. Not delivered article yet at NSTL (destination) which is didpatched from bata india. They are very good in flipping status (delivery attempted, reattempted etc. Etc.)
