Most pathetic service and worst management, really next time if any of my online purchase would be delivered by you from any platform, i'll cancel that order. The purchase i, was supposed to be delivered before or on 24th August & for that, i called the seller twice & made that possible but due to delhivery's worst management, it's still under transit as of 28th August, my order was in the nearest location on 20th August and till 23rd August for 3 days, no process nothing and then it went to the wrong location on 24th & now again its going back & forth still in transit. This purchase was very valuable & it was very important to be delivered on or before 24th August, now who will pay for the loss of time. Check the attached image stating 5 day's delay The worst thing of all, i made lots & lots of complaints via mail & chat still the process is as it is nothing changed.... Hats off to Delhivery Team worst courier & others who are reading this if any of your online purchase is delivered by them then cancel before it gets late.....
