Worst service at all my important parcel is misrouted from, 23 March still didn't get any update, daily dates are extending only there is no contact number. This service deserves negative rating don't know why companies tied up such a worst service. My parcel of Mohali misrouted to rajpura with their own mistake and now I have to bear. Still parcel is in rajpura from 12 days.. even not replying any mail.

They are non trustable person, I paid them 5498 money in their bank and they said they didn't received yet even after its clearly shown in my bank statement. Now they are not answering toul my phone calls. Their supervisor mr Raj is very unethical guy. Cheated company never go their.

They took 25 days to deliver a package. I’ve been waiting for so long. One day all of a sudden the delivery boy called me and said I am at your apartment, you have a delivery. I was at my office and said I will be there at home in 5 mins. He said it it’s too long and if I don’t come in 5 mins he will leave the parcel at the door, and he is not responsible if it is lost. They made me wait for almost a month, but have no any courtesy to even to wait 5 mins for me. This worst service must be punished.

They keep delaying the delivery by sending messages that delivery attempted. They do not bother to call, their toll-free number does not work and their message link does not work either. The payment is made in advance so your package is gone and money too.
