The package update is worst, I picked the package myself, they are changing the status to failed attempt because of the wrong address, i have given the correct address on the site but don't know why the address was changed.A hell experience from your delivery. I wish that my upcoming packages will never come from Dehlivery, Worst service ever happened from a delivery partner.

Most pathetic courier company, a very important parcel is in Mohali from past 5 days, they neither deliver it, nor they have any contact details, if you are so incompetent let us pickup the parcel from your office. Shameless people.

Been second time that my courier has been sitting at Mohali facility for 4 days now. Zero attempt to contact or reply back on email. Pathetic staff here at Mohali. Their core management should look into so many bad reviews but they too have been siting nonchalantly on it.
