They have no contact with their head executives. They came for specsmakers return pickup twice but did not take the product back saying that there are 4 products mentioned whereas i just had to return 2 specs. I explained that they have calculated frame and glass separately. But he had no one above him to conform and so just irritates people saying am third party. I just cant take 2, neither can i ask anyone.

Delivery automatically gets rescheduled and cancel in the end. I guess they are too busy resting at their respective places. They dont deserve to carry on this work.

I would like to give them Zero Star. Delivery got Re-Scheduled automatically without any prior notification. and showing it was re-scheduled by customer. when we don't have any clue about that. So pathetic
