The service of courier they never deliver the package just call the customer to pick up and after one day it will return back to the original address this is a scam and crime of courier services particularly trackon kurukshetra. It's better to shut down this service so that people can do others use other service and consignment can reach at the right place people from other places of India they simply using track on and delivering but in kurukshetra we are not able to get our package. It's really frustrating

Documents couriered to my son at Rajkot by my agent were returned undelivered explaining WRONG ADDRESS. When called on phone by my son they said Bank was closed at 6 PM and there was no one to receive the courier. For information Bank time is upto 5 PM not 6 PM. Now tell me how the address is wrong. took 8 days to deliver documents at a distance of 4 hours by road. worst experience ever had. this local office guys always keep on telling lies. very poor behavior with customers. they do not know how to talk with customers. they start using abusive language. they have no manners at all. Even if they have received the courier they would keep on lying that they have not received it. i think trackon gives local franchise to anyone without any background checkup or feedback or study. such a shame. now its quiet evident after i read the other customer reviews.
