Poor customer service. Even i lost one parcel due to their carelessness, they send it to a different shipment and lost the parcel. One good part is the pickup the parcel from the office.

I prefer 0 stars Let me tell you my experience in nutshell ( it is way horrible if i explain the whole story) Service : Delay , unprofessional Staff/Delivery person : Very Rude , impolite , ill mannered. If you still want to try this courier service make sure your heart is stone and your tongue is strong to deal with the mood swings, temper tantrums and 1 kg of rudeness of the delivery person.

No delivery, Call will not be answered most time, choose another service if possible,If the trackon courier company wants to maintain their reputation then try assign another franchise. If you are an employee you will have to take half day leave and collect the courier as the open time is from 11.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
