Worst service ever. Manager doesn't even want to speak and understand customer issues. Just cuts the call and send a message that he is on leave and sends office number which nobody picks up. Very rude nature of office staff. Parcels are not even handled properly, they just fling and throw parcels even though if there is a "FRAGILE" sticker pasted on it. Almost 4 times my goods were mishandled and damaged. They don't do proper pest control either, my parcel which had 2 bags of supplements weighing 4.5kg each were damaged by rodents when it was being transported by them, they completely refused to take ownership of the situation so I had to ask the person who sent me the goods to refund the amount.
