What kind of courier service ask you to collect your courier from their office when you have paid for door delivery. They called me upfront to tell me that my PAN card delivery won't be made and I need to collect it from their ofc. I called nsdl and nsdl confirmed that they need to deliver it at my address. These guys should not be in a service business at all.
