My experience with Trackon had always been bad and it is getting worst every time. There usual time to deliver is generally much higher than other courier services, in the recent incident as they had too much of work load they just marked the delivery failed saying address incorrect and no phone number. Whereas that was not the case at all. It was delivered after four days and the delivery guy himself admitted to marking that so as not affect there SLA. I would never recommend the service unless you just do not care when the parcel is getting delivered.

The courier services sent my courior 23 kms away from the location and were asking to recieve it from there. They promised for max 3 days of delivery time but at the 3rd day they told me that the parcel can't be delivered and we are calling it back. They told we are unserviceable though it was a taluka place. No proper assistance was provided.
