Keeping my courier for last 2 days.Not picking up phone.I had to get it inquired from source city courier office.Came to know they are not delivering courier and Customer has to collect it.What type of harassment in lockdown is going on?why not simply stop taking kota couriers and why not mention that couriers in kota will not be delivered and customers are required to collect them ?Happening second time.Above all ,the phone is hanged up.How could i kow if its open close or whats haooening?Just keeoing couoriers.Disgusting,harrasing courier.Should be stopped being used immediately by all.I urge everybody to stop supporting such businesses.Enough is enough.

They will not delivering to ur address, instead they says that the address as short so I have to collect my order from their head office. I think they are illiterate or don't want to do work. Worst service. My order arrived at 17th of August at kota, but they didn't call me or not even tried to contect me, after 3 days today I call him. But all in vain. They syas that u have to collect from my office which is about 10 km from railway station,. Please share it so some people can save there time and money. And complaint portion on web page remains time out continually. So u can't complain any one any how.

Worst courier services ever. They keep the courier with them and put the status as Out for delivery. NO One picks the call on office number and on mobile they provide the number of delivery boy. When you contact delivery boy he will say that he came but no one was there at home. Stay away from these type of courier services.
