One the third class courier service it took 8 days from Delhi to jammu for my parcel infact its 9 days beocz I went personally to collect the parcel from there office .

I would wanted to give negative rating but google does not allow it otherwise read the rating as -2. My experience is pretty bad with the overall delivery. I had ordered a bag online and the team has booked their courier service. I received a message that the courier is dispatched and was looking forward to the item ordered. I got a call from the courier company local center which is around 2 KM from my place, that they will not be delivering it because of some policies they have. I requested him to deliver it but he spoke to me very rudely and said that we have to come to his shop to collect the courier. I had called and requested him to close little closer to my place and we can take from their but he spoke again rudely. I finally had to go to the shop and their as well he misbehaved with me and told me that he wont give me the courier. The shop was too far than he has communicated and was in one corner. Finally, I received it but overall it was pretty bad experience after paying value fro shipping of the order. I would request people to choose for a better option and donot take them even as the last option.

Would have given zero stars for the pathetic service. The packet is lying at Jammu hub since Monday. Today is Thursday. On contacting Customer Care, they told that delivery is possible only after next Monday, What the hell. Why r u running they running this company. The packet contains the medicines. So May understand the importance of packet to me.
