Very bad experience. They collect the product without giving any reciept and when we contact them to get the product they are not picking up the call. I send the product in the hands of an auto driver and they told him that they are little busy so they will send the reciept to whatsApp but today the product have reached the recipient office in Thiruvananthapuram and I was not able to receive because I don't have anything and I called them several time still he didn't sent it and my sister personally went to their office and still they don't give the reciept and now the guy assigned is not picking up the call. Very disappointed😞

Bad experience from here. They are unprofessional deal. Trackon is good courier service but their nilambur branch is I am not satisfied their service. They don’t know how to behave customers. I never recommend Trackon nilambur. If you want good costumer service never use Trackon nilambur. It’s my experience
