Worst experience. They don't respect customer. They have a big hub with a lot of packages to take care. But that reason is not good enough for not picking up a customer call. Everytime I called them it just rings. My packages came there and it was not getting delivered since 4 days. I had to go and pick it up myself on 5th day. I suggest you guys to not wait for them to deliver.

They do not care about your consignment, they dont recive calls, they dont reply to emails. My product is stuch in hyderabad hub since 5 days and its not moving towards final destination which is only 3 hrs from hyderabad. Worst service and No customer support.

Choose if you want to forget about your package. No proper communication. No one bothered about delivery. You will get no answer from customer care Numbers. 15 days since couriered, Not yet delivered. Faulty Service….

I request everyone to not use this disgusting or what ever the bad word thats present applies to this service 😤😤😤😤😤. Frustrating service . Dont ever *100 use this courier service . . Had enough for my first courier . They will never pickup your phone .and never deliver at the provided address. Fraud company.
