Worst Courier ever, if there is any other word better than worst it can be used instead. They don't answer your calls, and just don't care about customer service or satisfaction. Never want to rate it with a 🌟,but can't Post.

A worst courier Ever!!! - [x] A Courier packed with items for A Pregnant women with important Medicines in it !!! A courier of mine was couriered on 9th June 2020 at Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) To Narasapuram (AndhraPradesh),,,, The Vijayawada Branch office (160km away from destination) of Trackon courier received my courier by 16th June 2020 ..(below attachment is fixed for proof).... but till 20 th june we didn’t have any knowledge of courier been there at Vijayawada from a week after only contacting the branch office only we got to know about courier after that they used to tell always that we dont have people to send it to your destination etc etc ... we said them ok atleast u should have informed us earlier and requested them to send upto bhimavaram (30km away from destination) we will go there and receive it bt after 1 week after that tooo they didn’t send to bhimavaram tooo ,,, 1. There is no contact number 2. There is no proper communication 3. There is no commitment 4. No proper response and Rash Response from branch office And if the lockdown is the problem for courier movement then from the same place (Maharashtra) we have got 2 parcels from different type of couriers in least 12 days !!!! Not like Track on Courier!!! Till date : 29 June 2020 , there was no way i can get my parcel atleast at bhimavaram.... Soo finally one of my friend living near by Vijayawada went there received the parcel and sent it to me in Other courier and got in a day !!!! Thank you Trackon courier for Great customer service!!! Worst service I have ever seen!! They don't even contact u. It's been 4 days since my package reaced destination , but they didn't delivered till now .
