Worst courier service in Naharlagun. They don't deliver to the address and instead tell the customers to come and pick up the package themselves from the office. Even when i went to their office to pick up my package i had to wait for a really long time as they could not find the package because they do not sort out the packages at all. Absolutely clueless staff who have absolutely no idea about how to run a business and how to be professionals. Training is very much required from scratch. Companies such as Delhivery who are franchising and partnering with locals should seriously consider training and maintaining a certain standard if they want to keep up their name and goodwill.

I was not at all happy about this indecent courier service. I don't want to give even a single star but i have to select one atleast so as to comment here. The madam of the staff says, if it is not possible to receive at 1st attempt of delivery, the same stands cancelled and they can't do anything about it. Cheap lies! Infact it is not. My ordered items were even lost by them when i went to collect by myself. Worst are the staffs and there attitudes which lacks hospitality and general expected behaviour. Unruly and rude in their every dealings. I want to give a negative star to this delhivery hub. Others courier services never do such idiotic things. I wish i never get my item sent to me via this DELHIVERY ever. Hated it the most.

long story. so Waring you all.. 1 star is also very good for this delhivery people. problem is with their delivery boy everytime. the parcel will reach at the destination but they will take a good days to get it delivered. just recent case, my stuff arrived and also i got the msg out for delivery. i was waiting for them. no calls came. That night around 8.40pm i got the msg that they couldn't contact me since my no was not Reachable. i was shocked. since i ordered two things together giving the exact same no and address. one got deliver before two days via ekart but this very service couldn't contact me. hence i called that given no i asked them, they said i haven't picked their call so they will dlvr it tomorrow. Waow!. next day, got the same " out for delivery wala. that very next day no call came from them. i got so fissed by then i called them up and scolded them and said to deliver it next day for sure. that guy jst laugh out and said lets see. this really killed my patient. 3rd day again same thing happened. around 5. 30 pm i called them same reply i got that i didn't received their call blah blah. i got so fissed by then i asked my husband to have a talk with them. after having conversation, that guy rang me up and said " i dnt want to deliver it to you since i didn't liked the way you husband talked with me ".. seriously. i filled his ear with evryway possible. next day he himself came for delivery and seeked for Forgiveness. i am not a joke for this kind of people. this service should literally shut down for real. this is not the 1st time that i had a problem with them.

Today I contacted the Delhivery office and for me it was pleasant, I contacted them early at morning but they didn't pickup but after 9am. They return called me, the package was arrived in naharlagun and it was bit urgent for me so I requested to self pick up from office. There is two things that shoud be improved. 1. They should improve the transportation from guwahati hub to naharlagun to decrease the transist time between them. (My package was scheduled for 13th august but it was kept in guwahati from 11 to 16th of august without any reason... And after some query to amazon and Delhivery they moved it from guwahati on 7:35 pm of 16th august. 2. Naharlagun delhivery office should add a contact info on their website and google map. The transist time was frustrating and I almost canceled my order, but that wasn't naharlagun Delhivery office's fault so 5 star from me. ***Note rating may change in future, depends on what I experience.
