So I ordered for a package from a small business. I checked with them before ordering and they said that it will be delivered in 3 days after dispatch. Then I placed an order on the 23rd October expecting it to be delivered on 31st October. But the package was dispatched on 28 October and I got to know that it will be delivered on November 2. I'm writing this big review because I'm satisfied with the software (tracking), speedy delivery, delivery executive is fast. But I'm giving a 3 star because I'm not satisfied with the customer care at all. Local delhivery office contact number is not available.
