Very bad service. No contact number. They are saying they tried 5 time for delivery to me .it is absolutely lie. It is an express Cargo.... reached here in Cochin last 10 days back.. their thoppumpady office and my place just 6 km away only. I don't get any single call from them till now. But getting above information from FedEx costomer care'. They also saying .. they don't have the delivery partner contact number. Very idiotic service.

One of the worst delivery Services, I have encountered 🙏 No ethics, No responsibility. Don't know how they are continuing with these delivery service. Made me wait for 1 week and then they said the package is returned with false reason. If their was an option to give 0, I would have opted for the same.

It's a very bad office. Find yourself lucky if you have not visited there. They don't even have a contact number, i had to go there as i wanted my parcel early because i had train in evening but they have not responded 😕 also the delivery guy was very rude they weren't not even listening me properly and simply saying we can't do.
