Very poor and horrible service I’ve ever seen. Literally complained 10 times already for the shipment which have been at their facility. It’s been 5 days since I’ve not received it. And as well emailed them for self pickup but no replies. Worst service ever I have seen in my life.

I was supposed to get my parcel on 24th November however upon checking website it showed it will be delivered on 25th due to slight delay and now when I checked on 25th it shows it will be delivered on 26th again same reason slight delay. No wonder your share prices are falling. Terrible services.

Worst service. My shipment reached on 9th, today is 14th still I did not received shipment, they are telling due to bad weather conditions delayed. Is no one is not working outside because of such conditions??? People are doing their work... As a delivery partner that should arrange suitable vehicles to delivery instead of telling stories. And moreover last 2 days no rain here I suggest not to go with this service...

3rd grade service by Delhivery. They show delivery period of 3 day and after six day the shipment is still in their warehouse. They change delivery date and time everyday but not deliver the shipment. I think local couriers are far better then Delhivery
