Delhi ery is most pathetic service for express, my package was supposed to arrive three days back i needed it for a function at home but haven't received on time , it's still delayed and no way to contact customer care coz thr is no such department i guess. They ask you to raise query but no response on them . So better don't choose such pathetic service

Bad service here's team was delayed my parcel from 27th. Sep. To till date and say that they delay more because they was use unusual language and not want to work on coustomer's parcel

Most third or fourth rate service I have a parcel pending far delivery. On tracking, everytine it says out far delivery. On contacting Farudabad hib, he says it is under hold and will require payment of rs5/ to make it an express delivery. Having paid yesterday he confirmed that it will be delivered by end of day, that is Satyrday. After that phone not reachable. Today, rem7nding him of this episode and he told courier boy has already left for distribution and in my pin code area . After two hours, no delivery , so again contacted, he says because of Sunday there is a problem. I asked if two hrs before courier left for delivery then why this Subday wala statement. They r simply fooling. Courier nit reaching after seven days, banks should try to go back to more assured service of post office because even after paying high cost the job is still taking more time for delivery this is how batiin is going down on name of fast service Delhuvery is total non sense had it been dtdc, it would have definitely been del7cered, at the most on 3rd day. Delhivery r real cheaters without knowing how much harassment they r giving to public. They need third degree treatment as it happens in police stations.
