Courier was supposed to arrive on 24th but even after 5.13 pm on 25th the courier has not arrived and the given number is just busy. The opposite party gives his number at the time when the courier does, even if these people call the number and say that we are not able to reach you. You come here and take the courier. So I am angry.

Worst service, they called me one time only and returned my parcel without asking. I was not informed about the delivery attempt. When i called they wouldn't answer my call at all. Even the customer care won't transfer the call to representative after 15 minutes of hold. Worst company , worse jalgaon operator.
