After few days they will return the parcel without even single delivery attempt. One of the worst courier services in india is delhivery. They neither call nor deliver prepaid orders. They even did not reply or confirm receipt of emails. They posted message continuously for 3 days that delivery attempted, but didn't contacted or delivered the parcel. Only fake messages from field executives. Even no one picks call or responds to email complaints. Day before yesterday I got a call from delivery agent who informed me that parcel will be delivered after availability of auto. But surprised to note that they have returned the parcel to seller. I don't know as to why Amazon or their sellers are using their unprofessional and untrustworthy services. I hate it. Does not deserve even a single star.

Worst courier service. I had two parcels one was dilivered on the last day of expected delivery date even when it arrived 5 days in advance. The second one was a recent package from Amazon. The parcel reached 5-6 days earlier than expected date....but I recieved no call or message from courier. I had a delivery of 2 cartons from jaipur to jammu. First the order was late by 9 days. Upon arrival the person kept the cartons on the gate. after i asked him to keep it inside my home he refused. He has behaved in a very harassing and disturbing way in front of me my mother and 12 years old sister. When I said i wont sign the receipt until he keeps it inside he clearly said "khud krlenge" and left. i hope this service gets closed because nobody deserves this behaviour. After paying so much and waiting for 9 additional days this is how they behave. i demand a answer from DELHIVERY as im well aware of my rights as a consumer and will not take this stupid behaviour.
