Seems Delhivery donot have any office at PURI or may be it was there but now. Its really difficult to get a large item delivery through Delhivery .Hope their partners are aware of it.

So bad service 5 days at puri for not arrive to my hotel 2 times they say nobody afternoon in hotel so they attempted delivery at 9pm they yoll say parcel is delivered but nobody in hotel get the parcel, the manager and me only in this hotel And phone customer service never answer and so bad reception at the office , they say inside computer you parce6is delivered, I say sorry computer and reality is different, so the reception boy say "shut up " go out" they don't respect me If you need delivery never get this company And please change name for "No Delivery Puri"
