I got a delivery through them, very good service, I have to say. I could see from the Delhivery website that the package reached them today early morning on a Sunday. They called me by 10 AM and I got my product delivered by morning hours itself.

Good courier service..... Not much as Reliable as of ekart service is also good ... Staffs are also good. It's at KONNI Near to murngamangal temple... Short deviation on main road ... Near to babus car workshop... Phone number is not available anywhere.. to contact them.. you can only contact if the item is out for delivery...

I have had a delivery from them, but the agent was really unprofessional and arrogant. He came to my place and went for another delivery, I called him by 7pm and his response was horrible "don't you see its raining for last 3 hours". I asked him is this the way you talk to ur customers, and his response was " are you my teacher to respect you'' I was shocked at the same time irritated and asked for his supervisor's contact. He refused to give the contact and cancelled my order. Some how I got his details and collected the parcel from his home. Very disappointed with the service.
