They won't call you if the parcel arrived. Even if we call they won't pick up. The only option to get your parcel is once you track it, if it shows the parcel reached Ramankary, just go straight and collect it.

Horrible choice by Delhivery! First of all this is not a usual offices like other delhivery branches across kerala, This is A Franchise owned by a Private person who don't like to talk to customers ( if he don't to be social then don't take up any responsibilities like a lazy boy.) Please give that franchisee to someone smart. These kind of lazy peoples ruining Delhivery's Name. Please remove the name board because it belongs to the previous owners 🙏

When will not make the delivery in proper time. And also they simply give report as the customer don't pickup the call without calling the customers. One site i tracked my item and it was reached at delhivary ramankary in early in the morning itself. I just waited the whole day for their call but then i received a whatsapp bot message in the evening that they couldn't reach my phone and asking an alternative number. The just went to their office at ramankary and i found that the delivery man was went for some other work . They were so irresponsible.

This place has horrible service because they always try that the consignee comes and pick their consignment from this location as their delivery person never tries to connect with the people but updates the system as unable to connect to the customer. After being called on for this behaviour they finally try to deliver.
