Very bad service. They don’t even contact the given address or number and update the addressee not available and ask to reschedule. No contact numbers provided by the courier service .I somehow found a toll free number at Hariyana contacted them and they are telling me to wait for 48 hrs. My shipment reached temple gate hub on 17 th and today is 25 th and still they need 48 hrs Worst service

I don't like to give even one star, but there is no option. pathetic service. Customers need to do all the things. My consignment came in Thalasseri office on 29.10.2021, from Gurgaon till 30th I waited nobody calls me.31.10.2021 I search the office and went there then they informed me that you gave the wrong number. (I gave two contact numbers but they are telling me they didn't get one). I gave my number to the office person and told him please deliver the consignment, he promises he will deliver. When i left the office on the way delivery person called me and told me that you have to pay 2556Rs. When I ask what charge this, he told me it’s a flight charge. From Gurgaon branch, it's informed that it reaches by road. Again, I went to the office and ask this then they told their app it showed this amount to collect. At last, they told me they will check with the company and revert you back, Still, I didn't get the answer. The next day (01.11.2021) I called them and told them I am ready to pay the amount. They told me they will deliver the next day. The next day (02.11.2021) I called him then he told, he is a delivery person and he is on leave today, contact the office. When I asked for the office number, he told me that the office doesn't have any number they will not provide any personal numbers, so you have to go there. I can’t believe one courier office doesn't have any number to contact, if customers have any query, then you have to visit the office. The next day (03.11.2021) also i called and said i will pay the amount when you deliver the consignment, then they told me that first, you have to pay through google pay then we will deliver the consignment. The previous day it was informed that we can't give any number, for payment they gave the number.
