They provide Very poor logistics service. My company tied up with Delhivery to send my online orders which were to be picked up by them from my pickup address....it's been more than 2 years the shipment were never picked up even once for which I am paying them in advance..I concerned about my goodwill in front of my clients used to travel total 6 kms daily to their branch (3km going+ 3km coming back) so that my shipments do not get delayed and reach time.....I suggest everyone find some other emerging logistic companies who have zeal to stand in the market and give good customer support.....rest it's your own wish..PATHETIC SERVICE ....DEAL WITH THEM & YOU WILL GET TO KNOW..
