Had to go and pick up a laptop in person because the delivery guy could not be bothered to come and deliver at home because he was in "hurry'. The service is sad and pathetic.

Worst courier service I have ever faced, they are delaying the orders without any reason. I will give big 0 out of 5 stars even if it may be possible then will give minus 5 Star. Pathetic service, I will never recommend to anybody to use this courier service in future nor I will do also, Very bad experience.

I wish I could rate below one star, they always delay your packages, sometimes by a week which is totally unprofessional of them. They keep changing the delivery date and say and I quote “DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS/WEATHER CONDITIONS YOUR PACKAGE MIGHT BE DELAYED” and then proceed to delay it for a week by changing the delivery date every single day. This is very frustrating because I have had other packages delivered on the same day without any issues. So my request to anyone who wants their order to be delivered on time, refrain from using delhivery.

Worst courier service. They are fraud. Nor they have there phone number anywhere so we can't contact them. They always say client number was not reachable. They make client to visit there office. They know there service is bad, thats why they are hiding number. My product is 4 four days late from due date. And i did everything to search for no to contact them. Even i installed there fake app which also dont have number.

Very bad experience. They never deliver in time. They cancel the shipment on their own. Often, I have to collect the shipment from their Srinagar office after driving 15 kilometres.
