Would give them -50*. Everytime these guys gets my parcel, it has to come late by few days. The one in siliguri is lot better than this. But unfortunately it comes less in siliguri brnach and more here. Rubbish service ever.

Bagdogra Delhivery center is useless it seems, the tracking update shows my parcel is already in Bagdogra center since the last 3 days but no delivery is attempted till now. Similar issue was faced few days back, the executive is out for delivery was shown but no one called and later that night a cancellation otp was sent. This is really very irresponsible. They dont even have a proper contact details from where i can get information regarding the parcel.
