day 6 and my package is still in bilaspur HR havent moved a inch. they just keep forcing the estimated delivery date ahead. literally went from 10 oct to 16oct and still no update. someone tell me how do i take it to consumer court. seems like more people facing same issue.

i order something from amazon it should be delivered to me by this "Delivery" company, order is still pending to delivered, no contact number, no status update at tracing id. it is almost 14 days delay and still no idea that they are going to deliver or not. Either they should have a call center or email id where customer can get idea, or don't need to take order if you can't delivery.
