They make us pick the item ourselves if its a bigger one. Like, the ones not transportable on the bike. They kept my item for 8 days and returned it to the seller with the reason of 'unable to contact' where none of them contacted me. When enquired about the same by visiting the office, the said they only has one auto which doesn't travel in my home's route. Pathetic.

They are giving delivery service in time. Good and fast delivery services giving here. Okay but some times he is argued for before delivery date. If product come early in there but he is deliveres us when e-commerce site giving you expected delivery date. This is very irritating. But okay. Maximum Deliveries they are gives in time. 😊👍

Most of the times they asks costumers to collect the product from office, even though we pay extra delivery charges they wont care. They wont do door step delivery.
