Worst delivery service every. I had ordered few Tshirts from ajio and i got delivered late. Ok lets keep it aside i understand. And It was bit larger in size. So i thought of returning it. These lazy people can come to the return pick up sport.I have been mailing ajio customer care. It shows already 4 attempts done to pickup return package. Actually these So called DELHIVERY people didnt even show up near the pick up address.

This people won't delivery the prepaid products, without calling the customer they wil update the status stating customer is not available and reschedule the delivery. Worst experience. I have faced this issue twice. From now dnt order any item with prepaid option

These people just lie saying that the customer is not available because they are lazy to deliver to a location which might have a single delivery. Without calling they update the status saying that the customer is not available. So disappointed. This happens in almost all the villages. These people are unprofessional and it’s so disappointing.
