Don't ever prefer Delhivery logistics. I bet you their services is a nightmare. And most importantly they don't have a co- ordination among themselves. My tracking id is 4156114733083. Two times they have rescheduled their delivery date and the final date was on 12/02/2020. Today is 16/02/2020 yet no update on the shipping status. The parcel is at the siliguri hub since 12/02/2020. And it takes 3 hours to reach the final delivery destination but they are not connecting the shipment process till date. I had called several times to their customer care they asked me to wait for 24–48 hours but even after that they had no answer and asked me wait for another 24–48 hours. And the worst part is that they are saying me that Siliguri hub is not responding to their mail so they had no answer. I don't know what business policies they run. They don't bother about the urgency of the delivery neither they are bothered about the grievances of the customers. Pathetic and worst service from them. Don't fall in the trap. It's just that for the short run they are having the numbers but in the coming days they are surely going to be thrown at the corners just like the other logistic startups had to shut down. Just close your eyes and trust well known logistic partners like bluedart, Dtdc. May be u have to spend a few bucks more but you are assured about the quality of the service they provide.
