Very bad courier and customer service. facing the same issue from delhivery for a long period of time. Very late delivery and bad customer service. The product has been delayed without any reason.. Appoint staff who are willing to work These are people who doesn’t want to work and waste our money and time Very pathetic👎🏼

Worst courier service l have ever come across. These guys don't even pick up the courier from Aluva. Always shows 'destination unavailable to receive'. They just postpone the delivery date everyday. I had to cancel the order and order with some other partner.

Hated this Courier Service. No contact number no response for the complaint registered no delivery person absolutely nothing. Their attitude is like if you need the courier do search for the delivery centre and collect it by yourself no matter how far is the delivery centre.Its not the first time am facing this issue. Seriously fed-up with this.

My initial impression about Delhivery was pretty bad. There was too much delay in delivery. Then a year or 2 later, I felt they improved a lot after hiring a lot more staff. I used to get pretty quick delivery through Delhivery. In fact, a couple of times I requested seller to use Delhivery instead of another courier service which was infamous for pathetic delivery service. I didn't regret too. But my most recent delivery via Delhivery wasn't exactly a great experience. The pickup was delayed, there was delay while item was in transit. And then after it reached final destination at Perumbavoor warehouse, it wasn't immediately taken for delivery. I know they might have had issues, but people expecting the items also have urgent requirements. As I needed the item urgently, I had to visit them and collect. But the process there was quick and easy. So overall, the experience wasn't too bad for me. But not everyone will share same opinion and it's obvious why. Hope they improve.

I used to prefer Delhivery due to the prompt service at least in my area. Things have certainly degraded at the Perumbavoor location. Packages arrive at the Aluva hub but is not getting forwarded to Perumbavoor. Many of my packages are sitting at Aluva hub since Sep 26 with no movement at all. Have no clue what’s going on. If it had at least reached the Perumbavoor center I could have gone and collected it.

Doesn’t even care to call the phone number, instead marking as unable to connect. Hire people if you don’t have enough staff, rather than doing like this. Was out for delivery from morning, what is taking so long, only to see this update next day as failed delivery! Worst service.
