Very bad service. Worse experience with any courier service. Their customer service is only help section, which is very bad. Delivery executives are rude.

I am saying about my own experience. They deliver to home which is a better thing than any other private courier company. But this office is not managed well, its messy. Staffs are not so attentive. They act casual. They must be professional so that people will feel comfortable. They should keep the item in well condition. Otherwise its good. I love the home delivery option.

I guess I have ordered products online since a long time. Earlier it was hassle free. But when this delhivery thing came.. Literally the most unprofessional and unethical behaviour I have ever received. I don't even get a call or any message update in the message that where is my courier and with whom. All I had to do is to search from their previous numbers and get very rude reply. If you guys are totally not interested in this job why the hell you are even into it. I guess delhivery needs to replace and train better personnel.
