The shipment is stuck at the delivery hub, Thamarassery because the delivery location is in containment zone. So I went to the Delhivery office, Korangad directly and they informed me that the item is there with them but they can not give it to me, I have to wait one more week to get it delivered to the delivery location or it may be returned. I was trying to contact Delhivery from last 5 days and there is no response.
