Delivery time is very very high. Takes 10-12 days to deliver packages in the country, even in metro cities. They prefer the longest possible route to ship the packages even to some nearby places. Customer service will only give false assurance of early delivery. Worst service.

First of all it takes really 3-4 days to reach Purulia from Kolkata and after all it reached in Sunday and I didn't got my product .I am unaware of any courrier company which is off at Sunday atleast they should deliver first half. Its a cheap courrier company so mostly packages are handled by Delhivery and makes a chaos .I am requesting to anybody who wants to transport products don't use Delhivery at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
