Delhivery courier services are so unprofessional that their delivery men don't want to give the package to nearby market as well, don't think about doorsteps. He said his manager said not to go given address because of some fake stories of robbery which they had made as excuses. My area is not a covid red zone or containment area still they don't want to come nearby spot. Either i have to go 4.5 kms long their decided spots or cancel the order, these are the options given by them. PATHETIC service, big dark stain in name of courier services, shame on you. Need to improve.
