The Worst ever Courier Service. I'm waiting for my item from last 10 days , until this very moment, none of their Delivery Boys contacted me or delivered the products. . I dont know the reason but I got message when it comes to out for delivery but if I track the product again it goes to undelivered. I sent the mail to customer service but still I didt get any response. These guys are utterly unprofessional.

*The Worst Courier Service in India*. I'm waiting for my package from past a week, until this very moment, none of their Delivery Boys contacted me or delivered the products. They simply sent you notification, It's "Out for Delivery" in the Morning & post "Consignee Unavailable" in the evening near to their closing hour, even without making an attempt to call the customer. Cheapest Courier Service with dozens of Unprofessionals.

Extremely bad service. They don’t deliver items and resend it back. They don’t have a phone number. A delivery platform to create nuisance to the public. This agency should be closed to avoid further problems . Had the same worst experience multiple times . For customers help try calling the customer care executives

Giving 1 star as there's no option to provide 0 star. Unprofessional behaviour. I had to find this location and go there to collect the order I placed through amazon. The guy who was there at the shop was saying that whatever date shown in Amazon is not the right one, the courier guys have to decide whether to deliver it. I don't know why a company like Amazon (or a seller in amazon) is forced to opt for someone like this. These delivery guys treats customers in such a way that they did the payment for the product. They doest have a contact number. The delhivery generic customer care number is not working either.
