My parcel is halted in Krishnagiri for 4 days, they haven't shipped it yet. When contacted the delivery agent he gave an irresponsible answer saying no man power and it will take another 4 days to get the courier delivered. Why do they accept shipments when they can't deliver on time? He also said another 400 shipments are at stall. This is very irresponsible and the owner was very rude on call.

If you can't deliver then don't take the order's.. Better to shut down your services.. The guy sent all my orders back to bangalore delivery center. Totally disappointed with this courier. The courier boy doesn't delivered the order to my address instead of he saying sir could you come and collect your order at some other place (which far from my home) where he is waiting but I didn't agree with him and finally he said he will delivered to my address but actually he didn't come and delivered it, I make a call to the delivered guy but he is not responsible. After that my delivery was failed and i reagain update my delivery with another date. Is it fair to the customer?? How they are irresponsible like this??
