Worst service ever. I put a note during the time of order that don’t deliver the particular product on sunday and they did the same. I asked them to change the address before delivery. They asked for request charge. The charges are deducted but they didn’t even change the address. Pathetic service ever.

There is no contact number or customer care number in which we can get information about our products, the parcel reaches the city but is not delivered for 4-5 days . I had to visit there office in Nagpur which is hard to find to get informed about my product. I don't know how a company this big is operating without a customer care number.

So I had placed an order with Delhivery to send important medicines to my Grandmother urgently, with their express delivery option. They had come and picked up the items from my home and and I was told it will be delivered in a couple of days. A week went by, and the medicines had not arrived at the destination. I tracked my order on their website, and to my surprise, it showed that the item has been delivered two days ago. I verified this with the recipient but they had not received the courier. I sent repeated mails, and tried to get in touch with Delhivery, but it is disgustingly difficult. Other than a generic reply saying they will look into the issue, I have not heard back from them again. There is no phone number to call, no chat option, and they do not reply to emails. Meanwhile my medicines are still missing somewhere. After hopelessly trying to get this solved, the biggest surprise came today, when I could not find any information of my order on their website, there is no chat history either. They have completely removed the existence of my order. I have screenshots of the my whole ordeal which I would be sharing, but this behaviour is unacceptable, the sheer arrogant and careless attitude which they are sure they will get away with.
