Don't have any contacts and my item from flipkart is delayed from last 15 days and every day when I saw tracking status it will show next day delivery every time it was extending. Recommend for agencies and good supplier don't go for it you will loose you customers because of courier partners.

The worst courier service in the world is delhivery that too the people at delhivery office,at MVR ware house inamadugu ,Kovur nellore are very much adamant in nature,reckless particularly there are two people delivery clerkswho were very rash rude and yelling and said they may even retain the parcel for month with them and and threatened me even to go for consumer forum. Shame on delhivery.

They won't disturb you, you can track the product on their website. Don't worry same states for a week but timings will change. Don't try to escalate from product owners side, trust me it won't work I tried nothing will happen. Only one solution: Go to the current Delivery hub and request them show the order number and wait for some time, you want real quick there's one more option tip.
