Really pathetic service. If it was one instance I would have accepted. I have experienced it 6 to 7 times. Product returned twice without proper delivery attempt. One product remained in their office for 15 days without any update. And many other issues

May be delhivery delivery service is good in other state but in Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar, this service lacks total professional.. First of all deliveries are very very late even the product has arrived much earlier, secondly after so much of delay, instead of home delivery they tell us to collect from their store not through call but through service message without any contact no.s, thirdly they respond very rudely to the queries regarding late deliveries with the threat to return back the product...very unethical...and often product is returned.., Fourth, in tracking details they show that they have placed calls to customers and shows that consignee is not available, whereas they never made any such call, so that customer could come to their store for collecting own products.. Nevertheless.. I have spoken to concerned company agents from where I have placed order to tie up with another delivery service in Itanagar but not this delhivery service for they may loose product demands just because of this delhivery delhivery service...

Absolutely pathetic service. They do not bother to call or deliver. Simply delay the delivery and just mention that the customer asked for delivery at a later date which is so wrong. They do not have a point of contact or a contact number too. Ridiculous!!

Delivery service of Itanagar DELHIVERY hub is the worst courier service I’ve ever come across. First of all they have the worst behaviour in terms of professionalism. No speaking skills at all. They should be given some classes on mannerism and speaking and how to interact with their customers. Secondly, most delivery guys never reach on the home doorsteps. Instead of trying to reach to us they complain about our location and tell us to collect it from their office. It happens most of the time. Itanagar is not a big city as other metropolitan cities but still these guys have no proper knowledge of every sector of a city like Itanagar and act like as if they are delivering our orders for free and doing us favour..

Very bad experience with delivery hub..this is my first service from delivery hub but delivery hub delivery boy he don't want to delivered my items even though he's not responding my calls,his attitude sky in high level,now delivery hub executive trying to prof n loyalty they are offering for self collection omg this is out of thought. feel Peety for brand partner who blindly trust his teams..this is very2 bad experience I don't like this kind of service

I have never seen such a bad quality of service. They take customers for granted. Taking forever to deliver an item,arguing with the customers, not responsive to complaints, bad customer service, disorganised delivery system, communication problem.. the list could go on.. i don't know how it's still functioning. It better be gone for good. I don't wanna miss another parcel for god's sake just because of someone's stupidity/fault.

I still haven't got my product it's been 4 days or more the product has reached my place. No call from courrier and i got messages after many days saying we have accepted your request for self pickup. When I didn't even applied for self pickup. It's the worst service in itanagar.

Very very poor service from them and most of the delivery agents are very rude mannered and unprofessional with a “lena hain toh loh nahi toh cancel kardega” attitude. They delay most of the parcel and it’s always self pickup for us due to their negligence and delay. On top of that they’re always confused about the location when it comes to delivering the parcel in the given home address. I don’t know what is up with these delivery boys and why aren’t they guided properly about every corner of the city. I have seen delivery boys in metro cities they’re very well mannered and smart unlike delivery boys in Itanagar.

As long as I can remember the delivery agent contact no. were provided to track the package. But this time with the Dehlivery they didn't give any contact no. They just sent a message that delivery was attempted but failed where instead no one called for the pacakage today. It's frustrating because during this time of pandemic without any contact no. of the Delivery agent it's difficult to collect the order and there is a risk of the package to be returned if not collected on time.

Pathetic service at itanagar. Havent got any deliveries since last 6-7months. Also when visiting the office near KFC, a guy told that its not hear anymore. When asked about the new address, he didnt have any idea what so ever. Really pathetic.
