Ordering through Samsung online purchase is very easy, quick and reliable secured payment. Also providing good offers while purchasing Samsung product. Only thing Samsung Shop App is not installing properly and I am not able to get coupon to register for welcome offer. Also, the delivery courier company not giving priority for customer service. For example, on 22nd Oct, my washing arrived to delivery hub but they kept for four days and delivered on 26th Oct. The delivery truck driver refusing to offload the washing machine from delivery truck and asked us to get it down and take to home from the public road which is very unfair behaviour by courier service. They think it is Free delivery to customer but they forget Samsung company is paying to courier service. Please look into this matter. Thank you
