The worst service. I had ordered a baby nest for my newborn baby when staying at Kerala. The delivery got delayed although it had reached the Aluva Hub. We had return to our hometown sooner but still not received the product, so on our way back to our place, we decided to collect the order. But the worst was they said they would not deliver the order to us directly but would deliver only to the address where we had already vacated. It was really a great dissappointment to us. Being a new mother, it was a challenge to carry our four days old baby without the nest. I think the people do not even think. Pathetic service.

Such a pathetic service. They've been holding back my delivery for more than a week now. Customers have no way of contacting these irresponsible dumbos to get an update. Even after being this late, they haven't even shown the decency to contact or inform the reason for the delay. Emailing is the only way to contact these people but that'll end up in a reply with a shameless scripted apology and a baseless "will deliver with priority" promise. I've tried this 2 times to no avail. The worst part, they're updating the delivery status like "Rescheduled delivery as per input from the consignee". I've never asked for a reschedule. They've never even contacted me for that matter. It's like they're passing the blame to me for their sloppiness! This is seriously wrong and this company deserves to be sued for good.

The most rude and irresponsible delivery service and staff ever. They never sent my order on time. I went to collect it at various points where my order was sent to from the hub. Atlast i reached here at the hub, where it was sent back. They won't deliver it from the hub, they said. Travelled almost 30kms for this to various points of delhivery offices. And even if they have my order with them, they won't give it. Such a waste delivery company. Even 0 star would be too much for them.

The service as such is pathetic, no response from the office, no call backs, customer service is even worse, you can call it the worst if you want, its that terrible. But at the hub, the security and some staff helped out so much, they helped me find my package which has been shuttling up and down different hubs, they were so cooperative and understanding. I an giving it 3 stars only for those people who helped me at that urgent moment, but delhivery you are just THE WORST parcel service EVER!!!!

Delivery from Delhivery is a Joke...they don't have any empathy for customers... .false delivery promises...which changes day by day....wrong address of the Hub ....unresponsive customer care number, no contact number of the local hubs and delivery centers......the list goes on .. This place is actually a transit hub where they transfer goods from large interstate trucks to smaller trucks of delivery agents that finally deliver items to people or vice versa. So they don't entertain random people to collect their items from this hub, but they are OK to give it to you if you want the item soon. Very kind and pleasant behaviour from the staffs. This place uses modern heavy item moving tools and computerised tracking systems to efficiently manage the thousands of items that they transport.
